DMCA Policy for Cheesecake Pie Recipe

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Cheesecake Pie Recipe website, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Cheesecake Pie Recipe website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
